The story in Twisty's Asylum Escapades, a priori, may seem something you've already seen a hundred times in other games: you have to escape the asylum in which the protagonist, Twisty, is being held against his will, dodging or fighting guards and nurses, and solving puzzles during your flight.
But certainly, what you've seen rarely is a protagonist like that in Twisty's Asylum Escapades. Because Twisty is a brain ... disembodied. A floating brain, evil and very, very angry, he doesn't hesitate to use his sharp shark teeth (yes, a brain with teeth) to kill anyone who tries to stop him. And with this argument, you can imagine the tone of Twisty's Asylum Escapades: a free game full of black humour and fun in abundance, along with lots and lots of blood, so not too suitable for sensitive souls. And so do you dare help Twisty in his escape from the asylum?
